According to a preview by MTV Multiplayer of upcoming mind boggling puzzle title Echochrome, the game will include its very own level editor for you to design your own puzzles and maps - though exact details of how these features will work weren’t available.
To be distributed via the PlayStation network, with this, Unreal Tournament 3 and, of course, LittleBigPlanet, it looks like user created content is finally on the increase on home consoles… check out MTV’s thoughts on the game here.

Guessing no-one knows release date?

It’d be easier guessing the value of pi to 5,000,000 decimal places I fear.

“user created content is finally on the increase on home consoles”
not really. Echochrome isn’t out until early next year (probably summer in the EU). Little Big Planet is going to be second half of next year, and they’ve said that UT3 will not allow user-created content at first.
So I don’t know how you can say it’s on the increase. It’s not. yet.

This is the first time I’ve ever heard of this game. Bad publicity or what? lol

Linton, I notice you didn’t buy Oblivion: GotY Edition… Is it even out today? I couldn’t see it in the shops

Linton, I think you over paid. Surely an online retailer could have saved you some wonga, so you could afford another one?

Linton MUST be overpaid. He bought Lair. Idiot.

Apparently Echochrome is coming out on the PSP too, woot.

Linton, you was seriously robbed!
I just added all those games to a basket on ShopTo and it totalled £312.92!
That is nearly a £100 saving!
EchoChrome looks amazing, I love games like this (portal is ball-achingly good) and a level editor will extend it’s playability infinitely especially because I can download other peoples too!

cold day in hell before i buy echochrome, why not just download the pc version for nothing? or mess about with the online java kit
