Well finally, waited long enough for the UK release. Now what about the UK update of the store? I know that if you live in the UK you get treated like you don’t exist but US gets Uncharted this week with FW 2.0, please say we are getting at least something?

Just to let you guys know the Uncharted demo doesn’t work on Euro PS3’s. Only NA consoles. Such a dumb fucking move.

Three Speech ask your Sony contacts what the hell they’re doing by region limiting the demo’s. As if it wasnt bad enough that the EU store wasnt updated (I dont care, I use the US one anyway). They now decided to actually make it matter the EU store isnt updated.
Maybe this was something that was hidden in the 2.00 update? Wankers.

As I mentioned in the Sony Tour thread, I got to play with Ratchet and Clank at the Sony booth today and it was a very sweet experience indeed. A must buy!

Any chance you could confirm whats going on with the, apparent, region-lock on Uncharted demo?
Is this something there sticking with? Was this due to the 2.00 update? Is there a patch coming to fix the demo?
Would really appreciate the clarification, are SCEE cracking down on us d/l demos from other stores? Should we be more vigilant and concerned?
Please answer here in the comments field or maybe a new update on the site.
Downloads from the US store has been an enourmous part of the PSN for us Brits, wouldn’t like to see this being stopped!

I’m hoping the postman will be delivering my copy this morning. Should keep me busy for a little while, and then there’s Assassin’s Creed, and then Uncharted and then it’s bloody christmas.
It’s finally happened, I’m measuring my life in game release dates.
