THURSDAY UPDATE - New entrants!

It’s competition time everyone!

Hopefully you’ve all been busy mastering some huge jumps, death-defying rolls and fancy slides in the world of MotorStorm Pacific Rift.

We want to see your most exciting, most extreme, off-road moments. Send in your screenshots to the Three Speech email. The 5 best snaps will win promo copies of the mighty Resistance 2! The winners will be announced on Wednesday the 26th, so final entries must be submitted by 6pm GMT on Tuesday the 25th. Everyday we will publish the new entries on Three Speech, so you can see how your entry is stacking up against the others.

We’ll need you to email in your picture (in jpeg format please), your PSN ID (so we can make you famous), your favourite level and your postal address. Remember - if you don’t send your address in with the picture we can’t send you your prize, and no-one wants that to happen! Please put your PSN ID in the subject line of the email, along with the words ‘Three Speech’s fabulous Resistance 2 bonanza’. One entry only please folks, so make sure it’s your best. The competition is open to Europe as well as the UK…

Right, you’ve had a few days to acclimatise yourselves with the new WipEout HD, so using that lovely in-game screenshot feature we want you to take images and send us your favourite one to the Three Speech email. We will then pick the best, post them on-site and get you all to decide the winner. The chosen one will then receive a little something from the store cupboards.

PlayStation have teamed up with the rather wonderful Current, giving you the chance to unleash the creative inside and win a cool £1,000.

Using its VCAM feature (it stands for Viewer Created Advertising Message y’all), Current are giving you the chance to make Resistance 2 adverts for television. If you don’t know about Current, it’s quite special. Programming is made up of short viewer-created pieces across a wide range of topics, pretty much discussing anything and everything. Viewers also get involved in creating promos and ads. It’s a great way to get work out to the masses for their opinions.

So, over on the European PlayStation.com forums there is an exciting LittleBigPlanet competition going on. If you design the winning costume for Sackboy (or Sackgirl) you will see your design turned into a free downloadable costume for use in the game itself. There’s a great competition running over at PS3 Attitude in honour of their first anniversary. Up for grabs are five prize packs totalling 11 games (courtesy of Ubisoft and Vivendi) and various other goodies. They’re also asking that you stay tuned to PS3 attitude for a special announcement which will be coming over the next few days, so keep your eyes peeled…
