Three Speech spent some time with the Helghast on their visit to Birmingham over the weekend. It seems that if they’re not fighting and cursing, they’re eating ice creams at the funfair and waiting for ladies to appear outside Ann Summers.
However, it appears that one Helghan soldier couldn’t seem to relax and began re-directing traffic around Birmingham. When we asked why, we were told to “just go away.”

Awesome ^___^
They should do more than just Manchester and this!

They should come up north, they’ll love the weather there!

Awesome, I’d like one just like that.
To dress up like a Helghast, hehe…oh wait, too nerdy…
PS : Killzone 2 is a great FPS.

Expect an entry from Adam “MakeASackBoy” from Hove involving black bin liners, vacuum cleaner hose, and camouflage saddle bags soon.

Reminds me of the Helghan soldiers at TGS last year. Scary s**t!

@6 Game have gone downhill badly, they no longer match or beat other shops prices or have a 10 day cooling off period so if you buy a dud game your stuck with it,their trade in prices suck too.
Rant over!

The streets of Birmingham match the game setting perfectly.
@andy
Yeah Game have fell from grace I get everything online now, who needs highstreet shops.

The girl in the Game shop is picking her nose too, nice.

Where can I get an outfit like that, plus weapon? I have a mannequin that needs dressing!
Comment by LordOfRuin — Mar 10, 2009 @ 1:04 pm
Picking her nose? She could’ve picked a better one…
FYI: Some more (of the same, after cropping the ThreeSpeech text) photos:

That Ann Summer’s picture is great…and the phone with the guy in the car with a fag behind his ear
Comment by elephant_stone — Mar 11, 2009 @ 12:19 pm
Summers? I don’t think so… too darn cold in Birmingham.
Anybody have somewhere to hang my helmet?
I’m glad the US PS3 owners have their own Blog due to comments mentioning rear aural interaction & guys in cars. Hugh G Rant references forth, erm, coming.
No comment either from the lady who took a wrong turn looking for the changing rooms & ended up in the shop window. At least she wasn’t caught with her pants on show like the young shopper just inside the doorway.
Mr Helghast being the perfect gentleman throughout though by adverting his gaze whilst the poor lady shoppers soldier-on.
PS. Thank goodness our hero stood by the window to just cover the sign revealing my secret identity (“fan… Summers?”) before the photograph was taken.
Phew! That was close.
Glad nobody spotted that!
