Not bad?

I have not been able to log into PSN for about 2 days now, I keep getting an 8013013D error. Anyone have any ideas?
Comment by CartBlanche — Feb 19, 2009 @ 7:54 pm
Damn router! I can’t seem to get anything working first time today.
I bought Noby Noby, so will see if I can make heads or tails of it.
Also bought the Legendary Car pack.
Comment by CartBlanche — Feb 19, 2009 @ 8:23 pm
bought noby noby boy, worth a punt @ that price
Comment by Mr.Monkey — Feb 19, 2009 @ 8:34 pm
Finally SF2T:HD - 3 months later and £2 more than on Xbox Live and with SF4 out tomorrow, it hardly seems worth it
Interested in Noby Noby Boy though!
Comment by Mr_Leisure — Feb 19, 2009 @ 8:34 pm
Annoying. Very Annoying. Virgin are traffic shaping my PS3 connection. 10mb on PC = 1.5mb on PS3. Seriously peeved….
Anyone else having this problem?
Comment by SH4RKY — Feb 19, 2009 @ 10:09 pm
Noby Noby for me! played it for an hour or so, love it, same as Flower, something to sit down and just.. play.. how refreshing! I can see a lot of pissed off people not ‘getting’ it. but its lovely, I for on will be helping stretch GIRL to the moon and beyond!!
Comment by Liquidcalm — Feb 19, 2009 @ 10:13 pm

The space shooter No Gravity: The Plague of Mind is lining up its guns and aiming for a simultaneous worldwide release in North America, Europe and Asia next week. On Thursday, February 26, the downloadable PSP title will be available on the PlayStation Store for $9.99 (NA), £9.99 (UK) and €9.99 (Continental Europe).
No Gravity boasts 31 levels of “hazardous” combat, along with unlockable goodies, five playable characters and five different ships to pilot. So, who’s suiting up and ready to blast some aliens?
[Update: added in some fresh new screen shots and a brand new trailer. Enjoy!]

In case anyone wants to read a review of Noby Noby Boy, check out
http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/noby-noby-boy-review
And they gave it 9/10!
Comment by CartBlanche — Feb 20, 2009 @ 1:33 am
Noby Noby Boy is sadly a toy rather than a game, and one where there isn’t a whole lot to do. As much as I loved Katamari, and last week’s art game Flower, I found Noby Noby Boy dull.
Also it’s kind of amusing in a tragic way that when SF2 finally comes out, SF4 is already in people’s hands. (including mine!) Kind of missed the boat there Sony and Capcom will I’m sure be highly annoyed at your treatment of them.
As I have the US version of SF2HD, can someone with the EU version confirm if the sound bug has been fixed? (in the US version it was in mono and only came from the centre speaker). And have they added trophies?
Comment by Ataru — Feb 20, 2009 @ 8:23 am
Noby Noby Boy; 3 things…
1: I don’t get this stretching girl thing… is it just a universal high score? Or will she actually reach other planets, it seems tied in with the visiting planets thing as at the moment I can only visit Earth so will there be more planets added as DLC or do I unlock them???
2: Wheres the song from the videos!?!?
3: Where did two and a half hours of my life go yesterday evening…?
Comment by IvanFoul — Feb 20, 2009 @ 9:36 am
Where’s the Brawler pack for SFIV? It’s on the US store..
Comment by Jon — Feb 20, 2009 @ 9:46 am
An ok update, but everythings still too expensive. Sony do you realise there is a recession going on?
Comment by Terry — Feb 20, 2009 @ 9:58 am
Noby noby boy is genius, I love it.
Yes Ivan, eventually all players that upload their ‘lengths’ and help stretch girl will reach a new planet and hopefully we’ll have new maps to play on, possibly with different physics etc.
Comment by Robothamster — Feb 20, 2009 @ 10:27 am
Bought the Legendary Pack. The Delorian, (sorry Jensen 88) is sweet. Still not convinced about the party pack I bought the other week though.
Nothing much else here! Nor on the US store! But, that’s okay, cos I’ve got things to do.
Hey, anyone notice any of the supposed changes in the Motorstorm update? I don’t! Still plays well. The end! Ha ha!
Comment by LordOfRuin — Feb 20, 2009 @ 10:31 am
I bought Noby Noby Boy as it was a snip at £3.19. As someone else said - we need more mini-games at this price point. Anyway, it’s odd but I’m liking it, and it has trophies!

Meh… why so much PSP content and hardly anything for PS3? Some more demos would be nice seeing as there’s a shed load coming out this year!
@9: SH4RKY - how have you tested your net connection through your PS3? Did you use the built in web browser and a speed test site? Let me know and I’ll run a test on my PS3 as I’d be interested to see if Virgin cap my PS3 connection too.
Comment by Monkey Rimmer — Feb 20, 2009 @ 11:44 am
@Monkey Rimmer
Yup, I used broadbandspeedchecker.co.uk through the PS3 browser when I noticed my downloads were REALLY slow.
Ive tested it for 3 weeks now, On Thursdays the PS3 connections drops to a max of about 2mb while the PC remains fine at 10mb. I need to do a few further tests with directly connecting my PS3 to the modem rather than the router, to check its not that (already have once but would like further results). Any other day the PS3 connection will be around 6mb, which is still off the 10mb im paying for, but substantially better than 1mb when im trying to download killzone!?!
May get unlimited downloads with virgin but it doesnt stop them traffic shaping stuff *grrr*

Launching SFHD now is product cannibalism,
those who wanted it already used the US shop.
+ where is my SF4 brawler pack, cause the game officialy launched on friday we have to wait a week?
After all this time I can’t say it another way but..
Seriously the whole EU PSN shop is run by a bunch of monkeys
Comment by Stiekem — Feb 21, 2009 @ 11:51 am
again the only thing i want to complain about is the major pricedifference:
10€ for Burnout full game
and like the X-box can
release a demo of a game you can purchase.
not purchases only, since we cannot get a refund anyway!!!!
and ps where are the PSN-cards for the EU
Comment by t3rr0rt!m3 — Feb 21, 2009 @ 9:10 pm
Not a bad update. Still waiting for Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-slick Precipice of Darkness Episode 1… It wasn’t released in Belgium when it was announced, even though it got a price in Euro
Comment by Inzoum — Feb 23, 2009 @ 11:24 am
£3.19 for Noby Noby Boy is a far cheaper price than I ever imagined. Will be buying this odd little game purely because I think it needs to be played to be understood! Hopefully if enough people pick it up there’ll be more future DLC to expand on the initial playground.
