It arrived with a scratch on the inside of the box, on the front display window. I rang Play same day it arrived, said nowt they could do, ring Konami... So I did, they said sorry all stock was issued to Play, so I wrote to Kotaku... But they never got back to me. =( I've just learned to live with it, might buy a replacement one day.
