There’s no excuse for not getting these on the SingStore the day that this hits store shelves.
They can fob people off with tales of rights issues all they like, but it is a very obvious slap in the face to their loyal customers if they insist on them going out to buy *another* retail disc.
The SingStore has fantastic potential, but its ham-fisted implementation is really damaging it.

You lot complaining, just because you have internet access doesn’t mean everyone does (and obviously they are the ones who can’t say so here).
It’s a way of allowing customers without internet access, or without access for their playstation (say if they are on dial up with an inbuilt moden on a pc, and don’t know how to set up connection sharing) to have more songs.

Just the same ol comments really.
TBH - I use the singstore as much as i can since they ar
e going to be stored on my PS3.
I have nearly all but 2 disks on the PS2 and would be so much easier to just be able to change the disk to read the content and play.
But nothing is that easy.
I know there have been posts on other sites saying this is coming - but then i have had the same news posted about wireless mics too.
Its a slick product - but there are other group games out there that are going to get more of my time if this cannot be sorted out more - rock band and guitar hero: WT have singing on too.
So lets just hope that these are the 2 items going to be focused on - not trophies…..

@ John
Its great that people without internet access can buy a disc. I have internet access and I’d much rather use it to cherry pick the songs I want than spend money on ones I don’t, then fumble around trying to remember what disc the song I like is on when I’m a little tipsy and I have a room of impatient people waiting to sing.
That’s why I really really really really want these to be on the SingStore.
