The PSP-2000 is as hackable as its older brother, however the newer PSP-2000 batteries are anti Pandora-able. So its possible this revision is just to stop piracy. Either way, no doubt a new firmware revision will be present on it to catch those pesky "BitTorrent" / Custom Firmware guys (unless David Reeves is going to announce later at the Games Conference that Team M33 &/or Dark_AleX can continue with his blessing).
