I dunno, it just looks like Quake Wars graphically and doesnt seem to be the killer sequel we actually really need to try to get some end of year momentum.

I think the trailer really shines as an example of setting up the atmosphere for the game. It also really give the game a sense of scale and it all round quite impressive. If you look at the graphics between R1 and R2, it is hard to believe that they are actually written for the same generation of console.

Imagine how great PS3 games will look in a few years time. If they can nail the gameplay by then, it will be a double win!

very War of the Worlds.

but the charm of the first version was knowing all the places you had to visit in the game. i wonder if in R2 we UK gamers are going to feel somewhat detached this time around.

does look very impressive though, Resistance is still one of my favorite FPS games.
