Comment by talkplaystation.com — Apr 16, 2008 @ 10:31 am
Where are the Good Charlotte?!? Still no song from their albums, while one album cover is in SingStar Trailer…
Comment by Fabio — Apr 16, 2008 @ 10:44 am
This is the WORST singstore update so far!
I don’t expect we’ll get a free update to the new singstar volume 2 features either!!
Comment by James — Apr 16, 2008 @ 10:48 am
Certainly one of the better updates!
Comment by bnz — Apr 16, 2008 @ 10:53 am
Could be nice if the languages had sub headings.
Comment by Tony Nibbles — Apr 16, 2008 @ 11:04 am
Bic Runga - cheers for that my Mrs loves that song in American Pie at the end, she will be happy
Comment by Daz — Apr 16, 2008 @ 11:30 am

Where is the announcement from Sony regarding the questions levelled at the new disc version of Singstar?
Comment by Ton Capone — Apr 16, 2008 @ 12:42 pm
Just a (not so small) correction:
The “Portugese” language does not exist!
But the PORTUGUESE language does
Comment by Ricardo — Apr 16, 2008 @ 2:03 pm
at last dutch numbers en they could make a lot of more songs
Comment by henk — Apr 16, 2008 @ 2:20 pm
This is an APPALLING update.
Who on Earth is picking the songs? Where are Nirvana, The Smiths, Queens of the Stone Age, Kings Of Leon etc that were in PS2 SingStar? I’ve been waiting for them since launch; my friends are waiting to rock it up, but this… this is just nonsense.
Worst update yet. C’mon, PLEASE sort it out. Whoever picks these tunes is off their bloody rocker. I know I am not alone. The SingStar community is crying out for a change in tactic. Who the hell ever thought that most PS3 owners would kill for a bit of Billy Joel?
Week after week I wait in hope for decent songs, but I am on the verge of giving up. SCEE seriously, SERIOUSLY needs a reshake.

@ comment 15.
I completely agree.
Comment by Lee Smith — Apr 16, 2008 @ 3:14 pm
Any plans for some Autechre on the next update?
Comment by rooee — Apr 16, 2008 @ 3:30 pm
TBH pretty poor selection of tracks (English)
Comment by elephant_stone — Apr 16, 2008 @ 4:54 pm
@16 agree whole heartedly!
We need some ROCK! (the more Punk the better btw)
Comment by elephant_stone — Apr 16, 2008 @ 4:56 pm
I am appalled at the updates that we have been getting, they have either been off the old PS2 titles, unknowns or just rubbish. Please, please give us better updates….how about the songs that are the upcoming Summer Party PS2 disc. Surely it would be better to offer these up for digital distribution rather than a hard format. The singstore certainly isn’t living up to its promises!!!
Comment by Tim — Apr 16, 2008 @ 5:08 pm
@ anyone who listens/reads from sony
this makes it 94% of all tracks of which the majority never heard off instead of the 95% it is now…
@Sony Benelux, start working for your money and put more than 5 tracks in the store.
SCEE start releasing tracks of the songs which you can easily release from labels like BMG,Sony BNL,ZYX,INDISC,BCM Records..
the artists need the money
and stop releasing INDY CRAP!!!!!!!!
Ps on my 52″plasma with ambilight i want HD clips and no SD,its freaking 2008 not 1995 anymore

Who cares, we want news on DualShock 3!
Comment by DaveC — Apr 17, 2008 @ 12:15 am
Sony, I’m begging for Foo Fighters and more U2. Look at Guitar Hero and start releasing five songs per artist. I will spend hundreds of dollars if you can give me something I want!
Comment by Daniel — Apr 17, 2008 @ 3:10 am
What we want are new songs, not only songs from the PS2 games.
And we want too find the bluray songs in the store, because there are amazing songs in the English version of the game that we, customers from other countries, can’t get.
Comment by yomismo — Apr 17, 2008 @ 6:28 am
THE MGS BETA IS ON NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Comment by E-ROLE — Apr 17, 2008 @ 10:06 am
@ Ton and all - We are just getting some answers to your questions…
Comment by Three Speech — Apr 17, 2008 @ 11:00 am
@30/TS Like just this minute or just next month. Sorry to be a pooper but the complaints from the Singstar Community haven’t changed in ages and the release of Vol.2 has just narked even more people.

Still wish they would make a Singstar xmb player so we can play the songs that we buy anytime we want. Naturally this would just function as a playlist or such!
Comment by LittleB69 — Apr 21, 2008 @ 5:25 pm
