i’m getting this when it comes out! it will be great! especially how you can put a series link on some programs aswell! i just have one important question:

how much memory will an hour long program take up on the ps3? 100mb, 300mb, 1 gb?
thank you so much if you anser this or give your opinion on how much it will take up. i really do appreciate it if you take my question into consideration. thanks!

Can’t wait for a dual-tuner ATSC version! Obviously a direct shot by Sony across the bow of Sling. Integrating with PSP Remote Play would be awesome.

Ah, but unless it supports dual CableCard slots here in the USA version, it will be essentially useless as the cable monopolies aren’t going to all of a sudden stop encrypting the non-OTA HD channels (ESPN, Discovery, NatGeo, etc.). If it’s limited to only OTA tuning, it will go nowhere as a product here in USA.

Been using Tivo since they were first introduced. They are and remain ahead of everyone as far as what it does and their user menus.

Will it be possible to take recordings from the PS3 and play them back on another device like an Archos?

I don’t have a PSP and that might be one investment too far …

I quite like the PlayTV concept, though.

one question for this i dont know if anyone had siad somethign about this but….actually can u see normal TV with this thing?i mean watching the bbc or sky news o something?and then record them in to the ps3
