Another week, another fantastic competition. We have two rather lovely Jabra JX10 Cara headsets - one gold and one stainless steel - to give away. As you probably know, this is one of the finest headsets currently on the market and all you have to do to be included in the competion is answer both parts of this two-fold question.
Question 1: Who designs the Jabra JX10 Cara headset?
Question 2: In the new Warhawk battlefield, the Omega Factory, who are the Eucadians fighting?
Email your answer to blog@threespeech.com and if you’re first (or second) out of the hat when we do the draw at midday on Friday, one of the headsets could be yours.
Be sure to put Jabra in the subject of your email and, sorry, but this competition is only open to UK residents.

Because that’s where they’re based. It’s hardly worth them paying overseas shipping costs when it’s a free competition on an ad-free website.

Oh the number of times I’ve seen competitions that are US only. Superted2007, the boot is firmly on the other foot, my friend. lol

I would answer the second question but I imported Warhawk and the PS3’s DLC is region locked so the Omega Dawn DLC from my store will not work with my imported copy. Not only that but the US store will not accept international credit cards so I can not buy the version that matches my imported copy. There is a 300 post thread about this issue on the US PS forums BTW. No comment from Sony though.

For those not realizing it. The Gold version is covered in 24k Gold at sells for around 150GBP. This is probably one of the nicest prices ever on threespeech!

@Kasper: while I agree it sucks it seems to be the norm for any competition (that they are nationbased). Probably a lot of legal and tax issues which pops up if one wants to do a Europe wide competition. I saw someone mentioning postage, but I doubt that it what makes these competitions UK only.
Or maybe its the people giving away prices who insists on making them UK only, ie. they come from the UK marketing budget.
