Does anyone know of any games that can be remotely played on the psp?

There are a few minor aspects that i have noticed regarding the ps3 that could be tweaked:

The screen saver is a bit lame : will different varieties of screen savers be provided in future system upgrades?

The photo categorisation sorting is a tad frustrating - i have a lot of pictures that were taken at the same approximate time but because the date on the camera had been zapped - the ps3 takes it that they were taken in 2000 and i am therefore unable to group the pictures to my specific requirements

I have pressed the PS3 button on the pad by mistake rather than the start button - is it possible for Sony to look into this for future iterations of the joypad?

I'd love to post an actual article.. but I will post as a reply.. because I am not sure I can post a topic??

I've been an Xbox360 owner for a year now, since it's day one launch. After a LONG time of waiting for a good game, they had a few... but even Gears Of War, was very average.. but VERY SHORT.. not a game in my opinion.

I hated the menu system on xbox... so childish and un organised, but it wasn't bad. The fact that I had to pay for on-line gaming was just sad.. and I never bothered.

I was in two minds whether to buy a PS3 or not... but I ordered from Amazon.co.uk, so I got my system on day one, without leaving my house to wait outside at midnight, that's really not my thing. And they even delivered to czech republic, so I guess sony are desperate to sell as many systems as they can. I noted how many systems there were in actual shops, even here... But for me, this is a good thing and definitely worth waiting the extra time for sony to actual have enough (limited system numbers are JUST marketing)

It is logical that there is are not high def cables in the box, as many people have many different cables, and the one to use is a matter of choice, and they are very cheap.

So, my impressions

I was like a child when the box came... and I tore it open to find inside the beautiful object that is the PS3. It's stunning, lets face it. Makes the Xbox look like the ugly girl in school after a car accident. The touch sensitive buttons are lovely and the loading of CD's is well balanced. It's quite and feels right.

My first impression of the controller was, it's not as good as the 360's... it's very light and feels a little cheep on first handling. But the benefits of this when playing are clear.. it is barely noticeable in the hands, even after long periods, and the analogue sticks allow for very fine movements. And I love the small interaction I have with motion sensing (eg. Shaking the controller to throw of an enemy in Resitance)

Te CMB is beautiful, the startup sound is just right and everything is responsive and logical. It FEELS more like a game machine than the 360 EVER did.

Also I find the sound from is much sharper and more pristine than 360.

I only have one game so far. Resistance. I love this game... it is so well made and so compelling, much more so than Gears, or Halo.. which to me has always been overrated. Resistance is a game.. fun, logical and too me, visually impressive, with fantastic sound.

Art direction is always more important to me than technical gigery... and while Gears has more ''techniques', Resistance is subtle in it's application of technology, it's used when it is needed. The physics are especially impressive... firing through glass never felt so real.

Ok... So the system needs more games.. and fast... but lets not rush the developers.. I am happy Resistance feels finished.

But mark my words... Sony have started slow, to lul Microsoft in to a false sense of security... in 6 months I think we will see graphics that blow away the 360... (I believe the cut scenes in resistance are In Game Engine.. and they are amazing!)

GT HD also shows promise.

I love PS3... and it's not a loyalty thing... I used to own an original XBOX.. and I own a 360...

Also worth noting, is the way the Remote Controller feels... It's wonder to control a DVD without having to point the controller in the right direction all the time.

People should stop listening to the OBVIOUSLY engineered press with their lack of understanding of both systems... The 360 PR department must be doing something right... because nobody is saying what I believe is true, that the PS3 is the better system. Hands down.

It's a good idea to set up three separate accounts, one for each region. Don't bother with a Japanese account though, use Hong Kong as your country as their sign up is in English but they use the Japanese Store.

If the controller stops working again, make sure you press the shoulder buttons in. They can get stuck (they'll free themselves with a click) and I've seen it stop the pad responding.
